This four-part virtual series is for women in a new season or transition.

This is more than a series—it’s a reset. It’s a starting new, a starting over, or simply a starting. Gift yourself this time for personal reflection and empowering growth. Groups will be small so that connections will be deep—this four-part lineup will allow you the space to explore, play, and dream—fiercely, fully, and without apology.

 

#1: (Re)Frame

Your newest chapter starts here! In our first gathering, we will step into, and then beyond, our familiar narratives and limiting beliefs. We will reframe for ourselves how we look at our lives and how we move through time—releasing what no longer serves us as we boldly take up the space we so deserve. Here, we will explore how to truly embrace the now while boldly imagining the next.

#2: (Re)Discover

In our second gathering we will explore the idea of shifting our perspectives and shaking off the “shoulds” and “might’ves”, leading us to a hearty new “What if?” In this way, we will allow ourselves to move forward with curiosity and clarity. This rediscovering is an invitation to return to yourself. To return to what’s gotten lost, quieted, or blurred. Here, we will unearth the fullest and truest version of ourselves.

#3: (Re)Ignite

Our third session will invite us to tap into passions, hopes, dreams, and discoveries. We will explore where we need to light the spark, fan the embers, or build the fire anew. We will figure out what’s draining the spark and shift our focus. We will dust off old plans and desires, and we will dare to speak of ones yet to have seen light. Here, we will move toward what makes us feel truly alive.
